Never upgrading our phones through Best Buy again. Got charged upgrade fees on our monthly bill when we were told we wouldn't. Spent 2 hours on the phone with sprint. They couldn't fix it and said it had to be the store to fix it. Went to the store and they said they had their sprint representative fix it and guess what. Bill came and they didn't. He took one upgrade fee off and not the other for my husbands phone. Horrible service and now on the line with sprint trying to get this resolved. Again.
