While she was dying my hair, she kept on accepting more clients which made her rush with my hair because she was promising more than she could fulfill within a reasonable time frame. After she washed the dye out, there was a TON of conditioner left in my hair. I even offered to blow dry my own hair because I could tell she was distracted by the waiting customers. When I ran my hands through my wet hair, it was full of conditioner! She proceeded to use a spray bottle to "rinse out" the conditioner. I also noticed a lot of dye on my hair line and ears that weren't rinsed out either.
I've been going to Mastercuts for the past year and a half. This was the second time I had gone to this location and they were horrible. First off, they left only one employee to work for the night. I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment to finally get in the chair because she had taken another client before me despite the fact that I had already made an appointment. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you won't honor it?
Personally, I felt what had happened that night was extremely unprofessional. Despite what happened, I left a good tip because I felt bad for her. In hinds site, I'm extremely disgruntled and will never go to her again.
