They keep downsizing the floor people and seem to be hiring cheap help. Used to be a good place to shop and ask questions, now you might get a answer after talking to 3 people if you are lucky.
Customer service lady was very friendly when I made my return and I was able to find everything I needed.

Buying large projects can be a nightmare. Count the items as they are loading. Had a hiccup when they stated we took more than we did. My fault for not verifying they we're loading the right amount, but when the issue was raised the next day the associate that loaded the items swore I took that amount. It wasn't untill a manager was involved that the associate quickly remembered how many were on the first pallet.
