I called yesterday and was promised a return phone call, which I never received. He said he must have written my number down wrong. And, he did not have the customer service smarts to look on the repair order to get my correct number. Talk about terrible customer service!!!
We were promised that a ring would be ready by a certain date, and Zales could not deliver on that promise. the "gentleman" I talked to really did not give a darn. I cannot recommend the Zales store in Forsyth Mall.
