Great take home food!
Panda is the best Chinese place in Springfield. Fast service. Fresh food. Friendly atmosphere.
I used to work at a panda in Virginia and it used to be a lot more busy than this. Guys need to pick up the pace and get customers served like they deserve instead of making them wait. Food is great but the service sucks.
They are bussy often so they can have a long wait. But food is almost always fresh and good.
Although the food is always good, online ordering is a pain. The order process is simple enough, but when you show up to.the store, they then and only then make your food. My pickup time was 7:40 pm. It's now 8:10 pm and I'm still waiting. I don't know if it's just this store or a problem in general with online ordering. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened to me. Basically when I walked into the store I had to wait in line just like I was a walk in customer.
