$10 sandwich fries and drink. No fresh veggies. This is Italian beef and Ruben with fresh cut fried potatoes place.
Food is always fresh since it is made to order, but the service is very quick! They have some of the best fries around, even when they aren't piping hot (which they usually are); they are cut in house which is always a plus.
So I order my sandwich and go down the line to pay. The guy at that counter is on the phone and prioritizes the call (which isn't even someone ordering over the phone). After a minute he kinda quietly waves to the drinks and mouths "would you like a drink and what size" still talking on the phone the whole time. Food comes pretty quickly so no complaints there. The fries are freaking delicious. I'll give them that, but the sub was incredibly meh. Why the 1 star? Usually the ordering bit would be a forgivable 3 stars if the food was at least good which it was. Then I found a long black hair in the middle of my sub while eating it. I have brown hair. Definitely not going back there.
Food is good, but some of the help needs customer service training.
The person ringing couldn't be bothered to get off his phone to come take payment until he was motioned to from another staff member. The sandwich was horribly messy and over cooked. The fries were good and fresh, hence the 2 stars.
