Very unprofessional and it takes forever to find someone to help you, the employees mostly just stand around. I would go to a Macy's or Von Maur!
Bergners coupons and rewards program have too many exclusions. My husband tried to purchase 4 shirts and learned at checkout that they weren't eligible for his $20 reward coupon. He didn't buy them, but went directly to Kohls and bought similar shirts that were $4 per shirt cheaper. He won't be shopping at Bergners in the future. He has cut up his Bergners charge card.
