Really have been dissatisfied with my last two Kohls experiences. Please screen your checkouts!! If you don't want to offer or give the discounts at the front don't put them out there! Was just getting ready to pull up a 20 percent off and she scanned a 15% off and RUDELY sent me on my way. I greeted her with a smile, asked her how her day was and nothing but RUDE!
I found what I needed but shopping here can get SO frustrating! Especially in the Shoe Dept; it's so disorganized! The Intimates Dept is also frustrating; product is stuffed so tightly it's almost impossible to shop without things falling on the floor.
Nice store. Good customer service.
store NOT busy on a Monday at 5:30pm. had to go to Cust. service to have then look up an item from website that I couldn't find in store. was pointed to the wrong dept, and no associate showed up to help even after CS requested.
